It tastes like COFFEE, and tastes good! It does give me energy and focus:I’ve tried a few other mushroom coffee products and this by far, for me, is the best tasting AND I get the results I need! I literally look forward to my morning cup of coffee, and it is COFFEE (and mushroom supplements).I noted that another reviewer wrote that they added this supplement to their cup of coffee. That may be the preferable option for some, but for me I found that the appropriate amount of product per ounces of water is sufficient. Each jar includes a small scoop that per instructions is the amount recommended for 6 ounces of water. For most of us, (I believe) our standard American kitchen coffee cups/mugs are significantly more than 6 oz., so I suggest more than one level scoop, to taste. (i.e. – 12 oz. cup needs 1.5 to 2 level scoops.) For me, it does not taste watered down when prepared at the recommended ratio and also tastes significantly better than the average cup of instant coffee. I drink my coffee with a whisked blend of creamer and MCT oil for (the many) additional health benefits. This blend adds taste and a pleasant extra creaminess for me. I have also tried without my creamer blend and was pleasantly surprised at the good fresh coffee taste. I have tried a few other mushroom coffee products that tasted more “earthy” and/or less pleasant altogether. If you want to taste mushrooms, you may prefer another product. If you want to taste coffee, I think you will like this one. This is BY FAR my favorite!I would also like to add that, contrary to other opinions by some reviewers, this IS a good value at the cost per product amount at this introductory price. The number of *servings per container* is what is most important when evaluating cost, not the container size and/or how full the container appears. The product is fine milled and some settling will occur. With that in mind, the value is quite favorable and/or comparable versus similar products available, especially considering the taste and optimal effects. In addition, please consider that you are getting coffee PLUS a multiple mushroom blend supplement. I used to order coffee and a daily mushroom supplement. The cost of the monthly supply of this product is comparable to the cost for the supply of both of those products per month.Speaking of desired effects, wow! I needed something for sustained energy without jitters or the physical anxiety other supplements had caused me. That is EXACTLY what this product delivered for both me and for my sister. I don’t know if the product ingredients were also responsible for the improved mood for both of us or if we were both so pleasantly surprised with the extra energy and focus that it made us feel better/happier. Either way, I think Toniiq gets the credit!I would like to note also, that the customer service for this company is top notch! I wrote to them through their website to communicate my disappointment over the lack of availability of their mushroom coffee on Amazon at the time and to inquire when it may become available. I had previously ordered and was so very pleased with the product that I was on my 3rd order for myself and also had another shipped to a friend. They VERY promptly, professionally and respectfully responded with an apology and reasonable explanation for the lack of current inventory. They included a new customer discount offer to order from their website. Several emails were exchanged with each party sharing suggestions, explanations and courtesies. I was very grateful and impressed with the time, care and effort that Joy and her team of Customer Care agents took with my concerns and suggestions. Thankfully, as they predicted, the coffee was available on Amazon again within a few days of the communications and I was able to reorder without the added shipping costs from ordering directly through their website. Does everything they say! And I felt the difference in a few days! Excited to continue using this!Now, as far as it being in coffee, well, to me it tastes like instant coffee even when I mix it in my usual coffee. It’s not a terrible taste, but not like drinking my regular coffee. Tried in water but didn’t care for it.I am not letting the taste deter me from using it tho. I am so impressed with the results so far…to me they outweigh obtaining a different product.It has been a month since I’ve been using this and am still very impressed with how I feel. I can truly say my thinking is clearer. They are subtle changes, not big ones but ones that make you realize there has been a change for the better! Still mixing in my morning coffe and don’t even notice the taste!!Am loving this product!

I think it tastes pretty good on its own. However I did start mixing in my cup with some watered down coffee from a pot each morning, just so i don’t use it all up. My body seems very pleased with this stuff. I’ve definitely had a good energy boost, and my poop’s have been much better than they have in years. Good poop = happy body lol.

I have been drinking mushroom coffee for some time now where I am very much seeing great results, I wanted to test out something different with higher potency. This stuff is a small jar but you only need the measured dose it comes with per serving. It packs a powerful punch and the flavor is AMAZING. It tastes just like coffee, it gave me a lot of energy but it was too much for me. I later read in the QandA’s the amount of caffeine it has (read below) and I wish that was disclosed on the information, which I couldn’t find and wish I would have looked for before purchasing. I have been drinking other mushroom coffees to cut out caffeine, so my tolerance has gone down and trying to switch over to decaf to eliminate caffeine. If you’re looking for delicious tasting mushroom coffee with high potency/energy and don’t mind the caffeine, then this is a great choice!”Each serving contains 3.15 grams of instant coffee, and so caffeine content should be at least 157.5 mg per serving (as a naturally-occurring component, the caffeine level may vary somewhat from batch to batch)”

Taste is better than I expected. It’s early yet, but I’m not missing caffeine, and I’m feeling better than I have been. Subtle increase in energy, maybe slightly more focused.
Product came in good condition. BUT I placed an order that should have come with 2 packs. I only received one. I’m very disappointed. –
Definitely taste more like coffee with caffeine. The container is small but it has lasted close to a month. I purchased it because it was less money than RYZE and although the taste is not bad I do prefer the taste of RYZE better.

Was skeptical and hesitant buying mushroom coffee as Ive never had it before, especially being an instant coffee mix. It exceeded my expectations. It’s not bitter in the slightest. A little bit goes a long way. Absolutely worth the price. I will buy again!

First, the product tastes JUST like fresh ground basic black Arabica coffee should, but tastes creamier. The container was smaller than I’d hoped for, but a little goes a long way. It mixes well with any liquid, and doesn’t clump.My only issue (and why I gave 4 over 5 stars…) is the “coffee” part. While it’s true you don’t get the traditional coffee jitters from drinking multiple cups, it fails to keep me awake in the first place! It definitely tastes like coffee, but doesn’t work like coffee. I went thru 3 scoops one night, but kept being drowsy… which is not a good thing because I drive a semi-truck overnight! So, if you love the taste of coffee and are looking for extreme health benefits, this is the product for you! If you’re looking for something to keep you awake, this is NOT the product for you! Or, at least, that’s the situation for me.[Disclaimer: It may work for you, so don’t let my review deter you from trying it. It’s just, for the price I paid, I was hoping for something that would work as much as coffee, with additional healthy benefits. I suppose there’s nothing like the real thing!]
