Ingredients
Mushrooms contain low amounts of calories and carbohydrates, making them an effective tool in weight loss and maintaining health. Mushrooms also boast high fiber levels which aid digestion. Furthermore, sprouts provide ample protein while offering essential vitamins and minerals – together making this tea taste delectably!
To create this tea, you will require 1/2 cup of finely chopped mushrooms (khumbh), 1 tsp butter, salt to taste and 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch). Melt the butter in a pan over low heat before stirring occasionally while adding chopped mushroom for five minutes on a slow flame before adding water, salt and pepper and stirring again to combine all the ingredients well.
