East Dragon Donglong
One day, several dragon clans across multiple continents were fighting bitterly among themselves. Bai Li, with his two-star fighting spirit of late Dou Sheng in mind, intervened and attempted to unify these disparate clans by using his power and creating an opening between Taixu ancient dragon clan powerhouses and themselves. This quickly led to their swift compliance.
On Donglong Island of Taixu Ancient Dragon Clan’s Donglong Clan, Great Elder Zhu Li was quick to mobilize his strong people and prepare. Not allowing Zi Yan to enter directly, as she had just reached her initial stage as one-star fighting saint.
Fearing that Zi Yan would use the secret medicine handed down from their island rashly to break into the fighting saint realm and expose himself to other strong warriors, as well as fearing she might flee before he could protect her, he felt it necessary to protect his ancestress’s land first.

Herbal Tea
Herbal tea is a refreshing beverage made with either fresh or dried herbs, often used to soothe coughs and colds thanks to its antibacterial properties and can even ease stomach cramps. You can make herbal tea at home or purchase it from stores; when preparing herbs properly it will ensure they work for your body effectively and positively.
Herbs can add depth, flavor, and health benefits to black, green, oolong and white teas. Chamomile, rose petals, lavender, ginger are among many of the herbs available; each can help reduce stress levels and aid sleep. Sweetener may be added for enhanced flavor – though artificial sweeteners could pose risks to health.
To create a herbal tea, first cleanse and crush your herbs – either with your hands or using a mortar and pestle. Crushing will release volatile oils which contribute to the flavor of the tea; since these oils aren’t water soluble it’s important that the tea be covered while steeping as this prevents valuable nutrients being released as oil condenses into liquid form.
Once your herbs are ready, heat your kettle and bring water to a boil. While that happens, combine your herbs in a cup or pot before pouring the hot water on top of them and covering. Your herbs should soak for several minutes in this warming liquid before being enjoyed.
Herbal tea can help kickstart and ground your day, or serve as an afternoon refreshment. Enjoy it anytime of day!
One easy and quick method of producing herbal tea is sun-steeping your herbs, which is an ideal way to preserve summer harvest. Sun-steeping requires no special equipment and you may even be able to gather some from your own garden! Experiment with different combinations such as lemon balm and pineapple sage; hibiscus flowers and anise hyssop; or Melissa and stevia to experiment.
