Nothing on the label identifying where this is made.This supplement offers a comprehensive blend of vitamins and minerals, but the results haven’t been as noticeable as I had hoped.Firstly, the combination of vitamins C, B6, B12, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, and caffeine covers a wide range of essential nutrients, which is a big plus. The serving size of 2 tablets per day makes it convenient to incorporate into my routine, and with 60 tablets per bottle, it lasts for about a month. One aspect I appreciate is that the smell and taste of the tablets aren’t too overpowering. While they’re not exactly delicious, they’re tolerable, which makes taking them easier.However, I haven’t noticed a significant improvement in my metabolism, hydration, or energy levels since starting this supplement. While I understand that individual results may vary, I was hoping for a more noticeable impact given the array of nutrients it contains. Despite this, I still believe this supplement has its merits. I’ve been wanting some kind of electrolyte replacement supplement, oh probably from when I first started IF a few years ago. What happens during fasting on a pretty regular basis, is that you lose electrolytes via fluids as you burn your fat and glycolic stores during your fasting/non feeding windows. So part of what you need to do is keep fluids up during those times, and ideally adding back electrolytes lost in some way can really help. Not just with hunger but other bodily functions you need them for, as even with drinking only water you can still get pretty dehydrated. Many electrolyte replacements are in drink form and are flavored or sweetened, so not really “fast friendly” or compliant with many fasting schools of thought. There are a few oral supplements on the market, one that is really popular, but I’ve never actually tried them. Instead I’ve filled in here and there with individual supplements like magnesium, potassium (when I remember) and sometimes adding a little salt to my water (when hunger is an issue.) So when I was offered to test these I was happy to try them in hopes of simplifying the process.I was a little nervous about them because they do contain caffeine. I already drink coffee during my fast and can be a little sensitive to it when taking it orally for some reason. So I was happy to see that a full dose was two pills and I could only take one without having to split a pill or capsule. I don’t love taking any sort of vitamins or supplement on an empty stomach to be honest but I didn’t experience any strong stomach upset with these. Because I am one of *those* people who is sensitive to lots of different things, I think this will be something I’ll have to ease my way into. But I’ve fallen off the IF wagon after struggling with an upper respiratory situation in January, so maybe this is just what I need to hop back on. So far so good so I will stick with them.

As with most diet pills I’ve tried, I’m unable to really notice if they make a difference. Speaking directly to this product, I can say that it didn’t make me jittery, like some others I’ve had experience with. I drink a couple big cups of coffee in the morning, so take that into account when considering your own caffeine sensitivity. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I didn’t notice any bad side effects. The ingredients, like caffeine, have a long and well documented history in diet assistance. I look to supplements like this to provide a little extra edge in my weightloss process, rather than expecting night-and-day transformations. For this use, I like the product.
