The problem with liquid coQ10 capsules is that they leak – this is in powdered form and is clean and tidy but at the same time effective and delivers the medication well. The presentation is good and the capsules do not leak.

Previously to this purchase of CoQ10, I had only one choice – the Vitacost brand of CoQ10, which *did* have 600 mg with no fillers (usually rice flour). But that price jumped from about 35 dollars to about 40; and I started to have problems with how Vitacost bills customers, which resulted in double-billing. I stumbled on the BestVite brand, and not only were they cheaper – 27.99 – they were also the same quality, and the same strength – important because I take this on a maintenance basis (every day) to help the challenges caused by demyelination due to Lyme Disease (memory, concentration, etc.) The only issue is that, when I needed more, Amazon didn’t have it at 27.99, so I did a Google search and ended up buying it from the BestVite website.

My cardiologist recommended that I take a 600mg capsule every day. I was difficult to locate 600mg capsules and when I did find them, they were very expensive. These are reasonably priced. A bonus for me is the physical size of these capsules are smaller than the 350mg capsules I have been taking two per day.

My neurologist asked me to try this dosage twice a day for 3 months for Autonomic Dysfunction. I can’t say that I noticed a difference but the price on Amazon at 600mgs is a lot cheaper and easier to find than in stores. If he asks me to go back on it when I see him next, I will order this product again.

I just started taking this CoQ10 so I’ll have to see if it works. So far I’ve noticed more energy. I’ll most likely buy it again especially since it’s 600 mg which is what I wanted and the price is good.

We tried another brand one time and my husband’s blood pressure rose. We’ll never change to another brand unless inert ingredients are added or quality of the supplement changes. The only improvement that could be made is if this was made available on subscribe and save.

They are soft capsules, easy to swallow and did not give me any side effects. I have been taking them for a month now and have NOT felt any difference. My problem with this product is that a couple of capsules came opened and made a mess inside the bottle with the other tablets. It seems that either it’s poorly made or the product was expiring, do not know. Will keep searching for a better CoQ10 with high mg.

It is difficult to find co q 10 in higher grams I needed so went with this rather than taking more pills to get the total dosage strength I needed. Seems to be working just fine.
