I have purchased this item before in a single pack. It helps real well with getting and keeping my migraines under control. I take one pill a day and it works for me. For those that don’t know, this turns your urine neon yellow. So don’t freak out if it happens to you.

I liked this vitamin as it was suggested by my neurologist for my migraine. It has helped me so far. It is a good quality vitamin and easy to swallow with good amount of water and food.

Riboflavin is hard to find in the stores because it only comes in 1.75 mg or less dosage, so finding 400 mg of B2 was a godsend. This helped my boyfriend’s headache when he took it with magnesium.
