LOVE this product. My son has been taking it for years to help with ADHD. I have recently started taking it myself for fibromyalgia pain. It does not make me sleepy but does clear my head at night so that I can sleep. My son and I have had no side effects. I take this 2 times daily and do not dare go without it as I have found it the only thing that helps keep the pain away and helps me sleep at night.
