My doctor recommended this brand. Amazon had them slightly cheaper than I had previously found them. My doctor says these are superior to my regular calcium pills that I have been taking for years because of some extra ingredients (manganese is one I remember him mentioning). As an older female with extremely fragile bones I want the best my doctor can recommend.
