The Cold-Filtration process is a procedure of separating the proteins through the use of microfiltering the mass all while using a cold or “chilled” process (environment). These filters allow the protein to be removed from the unwanted fat, lactose, and the like. Cold-Filtration Isolate is virtually fat free and lactose free. Using the Cold-Filtration method, the overall protein is said to only be 0-3% denatured, in comparison to other proteins that can be denatured up to 15%. Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration is very high in bioactive whey protein fractions, including immunoglobulin, lactoferrin and glycomacropeptides. Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration is a great whey protein for users who experience bloating and other problems associated with whey protein concentrate. As well, for users who want a higher protein percentage per serving, an Isolate is a great choice. Whey Protein Isolate Cold-Filtration possesses an extremely clean taste. I actually bought this, unflavored, protein powder to mix with my Chocolate flavored Whey protein that was way to sweet for my taste. It definitely tones down the sweetness and makes it much more palatable. Will be nice for making smoothies with fruit and other good stuff.

I have been taking protein powders for years and almost did not buy this because I cant stand when sellers do not include the package contents in the pictures. Its like an easy no brainer thing to do and I usually don’t bother buying because of that. So I did not know the sodium, sugar, cholesterol content and even looked through the comments. However, I did order from what I did read. Glad I did. Like no sodium, cholesterol and sugar. Powder is a great consistency and cold filtered and of course an isolate which is awesome. So 5 stars and hint to Trudel and Smith the co founders put contents picture label in. An ez thing to do and will get ya more purchases:)

This is disgusting. Smells like some sort of hazardous chemicals. Gonna throw it out. Also the bag says “this product may contain ingredients which could cause cancer ” one of this warnings they print for California law… Gross

One package generally only lasts me about two weeks. I have a smoothy daily. I use another brand regularly and buy this to fill in between purchases. The taste is good and the ingredients are good. But it is expensive. I put a frozen banana and some other things in my smoothie and it’s thick, like a malt. Very good. But with the economy like it is, I’m looking for a less expensive option. But I do recommend this to those who don’t mind the expense.

You can customize your whey order if you go to their official site, but I ordered from here for simplicity’s sake because all the options they had there was info-overload for me. The 5lb bag is quite large so have a smaller container for it if you want to keep it on your counter.The “chocolate fudge brownie” tastes like Ovaltine to me, which is a good thing considering this is way better for you after a workout than Ovaltine haha. Very satisfying especially mixing with some milk, it washed down my steak and egg dinner nicely. Why go with alternatives that have a bunch of mystery ingredients? This has what ya need.I included a pic of the nutritional facts / ingredients.
