    I’ve taken this supplement for a month and my hair and nails feel healthier and stronger. The serving size is 6 capsules a day so just be aware if you don’t like taking that many but they were easy to swallow and I don’t have issues with capsules do it didn’t bother me. It is easier than making your own bone broth or buying it every week and you can throw it in your purse or bag to take with you on the go, which is what I did many times. When I was drinking bone broth I found I wasn’t in the mood or would forget to drink it. So this is good for someone who is not home much too. I would recommend giving it a try!
