Ingredients
Each serving size (2 tablets) contains: Pancreatin USP (8x) 125 mg, Bromelain (proteolytic enzyme from the pineapple plant stem) 300 mcu, Ox Bile Extract 100 mg, Cellulase 6 mg, L-Lysine (from 100 mg L-Lysine Hydrochloride) 80 mg, Pepsin 1:10000 66 mg. Other ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, stearic acid, vegetable stearate and silica.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, adults take 1 or 2 tablets daily at mealtime or as directed by your healthcare professional.

I am never without these! I take two in the morning, two in the late afternoon. If I eat something off my pancreatic diet, I take two before the meal, regardless if I’d taken them earlier. My gastro put me on four medications, to be able to drink water or eat a bite one bite of food! An integrative doctor tested me properly and recommended this product. I was so surprised how wonderful it felt to finally drink water or eat a cracker without a horrible, blown up, sickening, nauseating, cramping tummy. Years of being told I had Irritable Bowel Syndrome, many medications and office visits … were about to be OVER! My pancreas wasn’t kicking in enough. I began their Probiotic, Enzymes and Magnesium Oxide and my lifetime of tummy problems were done!!!Now … my 83 year old mom has had tummy issues her entire life. Her PCP doctor doesn’t “believe” in supplements. She’s made her fearful. I live with her and we’ve discovered we share tummy issues! We made a bet that she take them for THREE DAYS and if she wasn’t better, I’d never bug her again. It WORKED!! She took the bottle to her gastro! He said “stop taking these prescriptions.” HA!! This has changed our lives! We can eat pizza without tummy aches!!!

These are amazing. After my second daughter I struggled with horrible GERD and, at times, the pain was so bad (it would become so inflamed it affected my spine) I would writhe in pain. I controlled it mostly with diet but found that even eating protein and dairy would aggravate it because I just couldn’t digest it. These are amazing because while I still watch my diet, anytime I eat something (like today it was a casserole) and I can’t digest it I take these and within minutes I feel better because it increases the acidity and enzymes in your stomach to break down food. (GERD can occur when your stomach lacks the enzymes or acidity to break down certain food like carbs. Your stomach will fill up with pressure because it cannot digest and the pressure pushes the acid out of the stomach and into the esophagus) (PS I am not a medical professional, trust yours, but I did a ton of research). I no longer need Omeprazole or tums to control my GERD!

I have had digestive problems for decades..my naturopath recommended these. They really work for me, (as long as I eat in a disciplined manner, not too much volume, not too much fat, etc) So nice to be able to eat without indigestion.

I’m going to keep this simple. You’ll have to make your own determination about the product – though I believe it has helped my IBS associated with my FMS. I take it with each meal and two if it’s a large meal. That means it lasts me a couple of months easily. It also has more enzymes per pill than some cheaper formulas, so compare carefully against the competition.I paid less with this Amazon-Associate seller and received a fresh, recently-dated product at a fraction of the cost my Doctor charges!Would gladly do business again.Hope this helps and feel free to send me a question.
