This product is the best I have tried. I have experienced UTI’s monthly and sometimes weekly for most of my adult life. One capsule at bedtime daily along with about 10 oz of water has alleviated the need for almost constant antibiotics. I believe this is due to the fact that some freeze dried particles are within the capsules. Much more convenient than raw cranberry juice which is bitter and hard to find. I classify this as a life changing product!
