Buy this if you want fuller hair and growth. I am entering peri-menopause and have noticed dull, stringy hair. Within 4 weeks my hair was significantly thicker and longer. Scoop it into your coffee for a chocolate taste (no fishy taste whatsoever!). If you have a frother on your coffee maker, it blends perfectly! Pricey, but you will not be disappointed in the taste and results! Love the company’s manifest

I love this product. I was a vegan for a few years but have taking my lifting more seriously and trying to get my protein high, I’m talking 150-160g a day, is very challenging on a vegan only diet. It is not impossible, and I have done it. However, I got tired of the same foods and spending so much time trying to hit my protein goals. Over the last year I have ventured back into being pescatarian and adding fish into my diet more. This was one of the first adds as per recommendation from my good friend. I am amazed at how flavorless and texture less this is. I add it to so many foods and you would never know. I’ve tossed it in salads, mixed it in guacamole, put it in my protein shakes, etc. It is so versatile and one of the best protein powders I have found. I have it on my subscribe and save as I love having an easy way to bump up my protein intake in almost any meal. I highly recommend this product.

I am really happy with this collagen powder. It doesn’t have any thickeners so it’s pretty thin mixed with just water, but it tastes great and is super simple and clean. So far have only used it in plain water just shook up and it mixes really easily…which is what I was going for. And no off flavors that some collagens have.

I love that this is sustainably sourced and bio-available. It dissolves quickly in beverages. I don’t get a lot of chocolate-y flavor from it, and it does have a mild fishy taste. I put a scoop in my morning coffee and add a small dash of hot chocolate powder to mask the taste. Only 4 stars due to the taste and price.

Highly recommended to try if you are experiencing knee pain. My moderate knee pain when standing from a sitting position has been gone for a year from a 1/2 scoop a week.I’m late 40s, 6’3″ and 225 lbs and I was experiencing moderate pain in my right knee when I stood up from a sitting position to the point I routinely used my arms to push myself up to help lessen the pain. I had been taking chondroitin and glucosamine and fish oil a few times a week for several years yet I still developed knee pain. For reference, my knees have been creaking when I walk up stairs with no pain since my mid 20s.Almost a year ago I looked for a way to help with the knee pain and from internet searches I came across collagen. This product seems to be the best among the various types and sources of collagen so I thought I would give it a try and I’m glad I did. I started with a half scoop of the collagen. After three days I noticed I felt less knee pain when I stood up from a chair while pushing up with my arms. It took a few seconds for me to realize that I had taken the collagen a few days earlier and maybe that’s the reason why I had less pain.I waited a few more days to see if my knee pain would lessen and it did not, so after a week I took another 1/2 scoop. A few days later I noticed even less pain and figured I would keep at 1/2 scoop a week. By the third time taking collagen I was able to stand up from a sofa chair without using my arms and had no knee pain. The lack of pain surely was due to the collagen but my knees still creak when I go up stairs and stand up from a sitting position. I didn’t want to push it by doing deep knee bends as if I had new knees but I do moderate exercises knee bending exercises and feel no immediate pain (only latent pain the next day or so if I overdo it).Although the collagen has helped my knee pain when standing, it has not helped my knees in other ways such as pain from prolonged kneeling or squatting (prolonged being only a few minutes). The collagen did not help other minor joint pains (hip, elbow, shoulder) I get from exercise or being in certain sitting or sleeping positions for long periods. Because this worked so well for my knee pain I got a jar for my dad and he took 2-3 scoops most days for about a month but it did not help with his lower back pain. He is in his 70s and uses a walker and scooter due to lower disc and nerve problems. The plain taste of this collagen is a horrible fishy flavor with water alone, but with coconut water it is fine. I’m glad the makers didn’t flavor the collagen and left the flavoring to the customer.

The taste is good but for the money this is a tiny container. I haven’t noticed any difference since I’ve been using for a month. I can’t afford to buy again for no result and a such a small amount.

I can attest that for ME, this product has absolutely no effect on the taste or smell of the beverage I put it in. Before trying it, the thought of putting anything “fishy” into my coffee made me gag. But because I could detect no odor in the canister, I stirred a scoop into my morning coffee. It dissolved fairly well, just a couple of small clumps I had to squish against the side of the cup before adding whole cream. Next day, I put the scoop into my cup first, poured in a couple ounces of hot coffee, used my frother [www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01BKA11B0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1] in the cup, then filled it the rest of the way with coffee before adding cream. No clumps, no grit, no detectable taste. Perfection. (Hint: do NOT use the frother in a full cup. You WILL be sorry, lol.)I’ve been using this product for less than 2 weeks. I hope to (remember to) update at 1 and month and thereafter with observations about any physical benefits I’m noting.
