How to know you you are grounded well or not:
1.Make sure your outlet can be grounded greatly with a Outlet Tester (not included).
2.Prepare a multimeter.
3.Turn the multimeter to “%HzV”, and select AC mode. Connect the black wire to the ground outlet and hold the red wire in hand.
4.View the readings while you are holding the metal end of the alligator(red wire). Normal readings differ 300mV from more than 2V depending on various person.
5.Set up your grounding as our instruction, and then touch the mat or barefoot on the mat, to see the readings lowering. If the reading drops down to less than 100mV, that means the mat is working.

Wow, I haven’t seen a grounding mat like this one before. I have many grounding items including mats, sheets, pillowcases, and even wrist straps. All of the material items have silver thread-infused fabric of varying density. This Conductive Carbon Fiber mat is a new one for me. When I opened it up I was so surprised, it was beautiful. The flowery pattern is very elegant and classy. The flowers become like rainbows reflecting the light.I tested the mat with a grounding test pen and it works well. The mat arrived in a zip lock bag with a simple instruction sheet and a 15ft grounding cord. Just plug this into any outlet ground socket and you are good to go. This can be placed under a computer while you are working, under your feet while working, on an armrest or on a footrest while relaxing, or have it in your bed while sleeping.I have used many grounding products and this one is the most beautiful I have ever seen. The others are just practical, like sheet material or more heavy-duty fabric material. This is smooth and glossy and totally different. I would recommend it to anyone looking for grounding products.Only the top side is conductive, so don’t use the back of the mat as it won’t work.

I like this grounding mat. I feel more relaxed during the day an don’t feel as achy in my joints as I used to be (working from home). It is very thing. The cord is long, so if your outlet is far, that should not be a problem. It is not very big, pay attention to measurements. I have this under my feet. It has a thick/pliable feel. The picture shows a white cord, but I got a black cord in my order.

If you are new to grounding/earthing then this product could be a perfect place to start. It is a smaller mat that I use mostly for under my laptop or even dinner plate. Whenever I work on my computer or eat, I get to ground with my hands and elbows. The design is really interesting and eye-catching. The material is easy to wash with a cloth. The cable is very long so you can plug it to a more distant outlet. I wish they would send you a small device to check if your outlets are properly grounded so you can make sure you are getting benefits from using it. I use it mainly to prevent inflammation in my body and sto be “closer” to the earth like we are designed to be.

I love this mat. I put it on top of my stand up desk so that when I type my arms are leaning on the grounding map. I did a bunch of research on the health benefits of grounding or earthing, and they seem really convincing so now I have a grounding mat at the foot of my bed and one on my desk.
