I like that the pill size is smaller than other supplements. Will definitely order again! Worth the cost for a vegan product.

I’ve actually been using this product for 3 years now and it’s made a difference along with a healthy diet and consistent exercise. I’ve been plant based for over 10 years now and finding not only safe supplements but also quality supplements is a challenge. The soft gels are small and easy to swallow and combined with my healthier lifestyle have helped with better energy and carbohydrate utilization for better workouts. I know it’s more expensive than most but it’s definitely worth it as I can feel the difference.

I love that these are vegan and not from pigs. What I didnt know is that they increase fertility…a lot. My husband and I were actually trying not to get pregnant and for lack of a better term used the withdrawal method for years. It worked fine until at 39 I got pregnant with our 3rd little blessing after being on umbiquinol for several months. We know it is a gift from God and I had actually been praying on whether to try for our last baby. Well we didnt need to try, but God sure answered!!

KANEKA UBIQUINOL is the most absorbable type of CoQ10. (YOU DO NOT WANT UBIQUINONE.) This ubiquinol DOES NOT CONTAIN MCT. MEDIUM CHAIN TRIGLYCERIDES are fats made in a lab from coconut & palm kernel oils. Both are unhealthy!

I am allergic to fish and similar Ubiquinol products are made from fish. I would burp them up all day and not be able to sleep at night. This product is so easy for me to digest.

I went on stains recently and found myself with a bit of brain fog and some minor muscle pain. I realize much of that might be psychosomatic, but I thought I’d try Co-Q10 to see if it helps. Might be the placebo effect, but both symptoms have disappeared. This product perfectly suits my vegan lifestyle as it is made with a plant-based capsule.

Great product but came damaged. Be careful to inspect before swallowing. Should have a dry not oily feel to the tablets. Amazon did a replacement by phone (or chat) only as this is a non-returnable product.7/20/22 Update: product arrived and AGAIN damaged unfortunately. Not ordering again until Amazon investigates. 🙁

Ubiquinol is more than expensive than Ubiquinone and is supposed to give you energy, but I’ve noticed no change at all.
