This drink is tasty and easy to mix in a bottle of water. After approximately 2 to 3 weeks of 1 cap ful mixed with a bottle of water and I notice that I am more content and settled. I am physically more relaxed and have good energy that lasts all day with NO side effects.The ingredients are a combination of B vitamins. B vitamins are water soluble which means that our body does not store B vitamins. Daily intake is necessary. B vitamins serve many functions in the body a few of which are digestion and absorbtion of food maintenance of healthy blood vessles.

i react badly to caffeine and can’t use that jolt to help me get up i always wake up tired and stumble around and nod off during the day – sometimes in the car!!!with this little “cocktail” in the morning i don’t wander around in a fog. the taste is kind of like a weak apple juice, not at all obnoxious! if im also making an isalean shake i dum tis in the blender wit my water, ice, shake powder, and greens, and its a great start to the day! no more dozing off while driving!

I was suffering from chronic pain and getting depressed about it – I felt so run down and unhealthy like I needed (or lacked sufficient) nutrients – my head was foggy and I could feel my body ‘breaking down’ (both tissue and bones) – began taking this as suggested by a friend (I tried many things including $40 a month vitamin supplements in the past, so I was skeptical) and I could feel a difference immediately. This stuff counters the effects on the body from stress, impurities in our food (sodium, GMO, etc) and environment. A life changing product. This product really works to improve my energy. The travesty is that they keep raising the price. In March 2019, I paid 28.00 a bottle. In September 2019, I had to pay 42.00 a bottle. This is pure price gouging.

I’m a little afraid to review this because I’m using the product for something rather personal. But, no one reading my review will ever meet me so what the heck. I started using Ionix Supreme because my wife forced it on me. It didn’t taste good but after using it for a couple of weeks I noticed that sex had risen to an entirely new level! Sensation is enhanced and orgasms are far more intense and last about six-times longer. Nope. Not kidding. I mentioned it to my wife (she used to sell it) and she said that was quite typical. So, I honestly don’t know what else it’s good for but I can attest to its value as a “sexual enhancer.” Your mileage may vary. Oh, it doesn’t taste great but it’s far improved over a few years ago. Has a bit of an apple taste…mixed with dust. Honestly not bad. Oh, I’d never order it with my burger but it didn’t make me gag or anything.

I absolutely love these! I buy online, through Amazon, or however I can get them. I have Prime, so this time they showed up super quick. 🙂 They are convenient and nutritious. I mix with my breakfast shake powder and water (or whatever I have), plus a packet of fiber every morning in my blender.Sometimes there’s some residual in the bottom of the blender that doesn’t mix in. When I am out long haul trucking, I use my shaker cup. When I drink my shake, I refill it without rinsing and put it back in the refrigerator, because I don’t have access to dish washing. Doing it that way, there is no chance I am missing any undisolved powder.
