Tough to review a product like this, because it’s not really treating a specific ailment. I started taking it because I had a kidney stone. It doesn’t seem to have had any effect on the stone, but it did seem to soothe/prevent some of the pain caused by the stone moving.

I liked the fact that Amazon gave this product a good rating. I’m taking it faithfully and hoping for improved kidney function, but I won’t know the results until another kidney function test is ordered.

The formulation is great and it certainly helped me get the urine flowing, but the second ingredient is saw palmetto which inhibits DHT conversion. Some people may not notice side effects but I saw a noticeable difference in my sex drive and ability to get a solid erection. A few days of not taking it and I was back to normal. Just a warning for those blessed with fervent other-halves!
