I’m pregnat with 34 weeks and I’ve been taking the L-methylfolate since the begining instead of the common folic acid. During all this period I’ve been told I’m healty. I have no suffered any ache, nor lacking any vitamin or mineral in my blood tests. On the contrary, I’ve been receiving congrats about my health state. I need to say I’m also complementing the supplementation with other products, but as a whole I definitely suggets to consume this specific product of MD Life. I’m really happy with it.

OkDid not help my neuropathy. Dr. said I probably need a different version of this called Metanx, so I am in process of trying that, it’s a lot higher than this product. Cheaper enough in price that I am glad I tried this product first.

My podiatrist recommended the 5L-Methylfolate once morning and once at bed, along with a B complex daily for improved absorption. I was having shooting pains in the toes. He confirmed that I don’t have diabetes but the pains in the toes then feet we not uncommon and he had good results with this supplement. My pains have almost gone away. I do have a pain but it is now rare. I am happy with the supplement.
