I have suffered with anxiety for years and years. Not panic attacks but stress induced episodes of anxiety that could be debilitating when I was under stress. Wanted to hide in closet bc couldn’t stop being nervous. Awful feeling. My bloodwork showed low on magnesium and a friend said I should try this supplement. For some odd reason 1 of these pills taken at night has made my nervousness in my stomach go away and I am functioning better and handling stressful situations normally. Also alleviated sciatica nerve pain which wasn’t severe, but nice to not bother with that either. If I stop taking supplement both symptoms creep back within a few days. I just stopped it to see and sure enough it is this pill that is helping me.

this is a absolutely amazing product. when you get one of the really bad leg cramps, take two with 8 ozs of water… walk around if you can and within 5-7 mins the cramp goes away… a Pharmacist told us about these ….
