my Vit D was a little low on my lab testing so i started taking these instead of going outside more. they’re pretty easy to swallow but i wouldn’t try it without some water. i don’t really know what the absorbency is but they don’t seem to come out the other end so i assume they are absorbed well. i was asked to rate the flavor, it is a capsule so i suppose i could open it and try but i assume that would be awful (i mean, they put it in a capsule so that i wouldn’t have to taste it right?). Anyway, they taste like water to me.

I wanted to like these vitamins, but after taking them for three days I started having headaches. I eliminated everything new I was using (makeup) to see what was causing the headache.I continued taking the vitamins for the next few weeks and the headaches got worse. I stopped taking Naturelo and the headaches went away. There is an ingredient that did not agree with my body. I hope someone else has a better experience.
