For some reason this particular reishi stimulates me rather than helps me sleep. I was using “real mushrooms” reishi 451 with great success and figured I’d try this one out because ND is awesome. But it kept me awake all night. I could not sleep more than 2 hours. I guess it would be great for a morning calming effect but that’s not why I bought it. Made me wide awake like coffee
