Description
Start your fertility journey with One A Day® Pregnancy Planning, a specially formulated prenatal multivitamin with key nutrients to support reproductive health.* Feel confident on your fertility journey with our pre pregnancy vitamins for women. Our pregnancy vitamins are scientifically designed. Folate is an essential vitamin for the healthy development of your baby. Many women have a genetic variation that makes converting folic acid into its active form less efficient. The active form of folic acid ready to be used by the body is methylfolate, and One A Day® Pregnancy Planning preconception vitamins for women is specially formulated with folic acid and methylfolate to help all moms prepare their body for baby’s development.*

Pros:High-quality ingredientsEasy to swallowReasonably pricedCons:NoneI take a prenatal every day at my doctor’s recommendation and while I typically take a different brand, I decided to give these a try. I’ve been using them for a couple of weeks now and haven’t noticed any significant changes in how I feel, which is great! They seem to be as effective as my more expensive brand and offer extremely similar amounts of what I need. The ingredients and distribution are great in these. They offer plenty of Folate, Zinc, and Iron. Some brands tend to offer less than the recommended daily values of these, but this one is perfect for my needs.Overall, I would recommend these to anyone looking for a high-quality prenatal.

I am reviewing the “One A Day Pregnancy Planning Prenatal Multivitamin for Women, Pre Pregnancy Vitamins for Women with Methylfolate, Folic Acid, Zinc, Vitamin B12 & Vitamin D to Support Reproductive Health, 60 Tablets”I really like this concoction of vitamins and goodies! I am actually not pregnant nor planning to get pregnant, but I will still take these over others as I believe it’s the best mix for any woman! I have had 3 kiddos and every time I continued with my prenatal vitamins and didn’t plan to stop! This is the first “pre-pregnancy multivitamin” I’ve seen, but it seems well-rounded and a great staple for pre-preg, preg, and post-preg! I had my youngest 3.5 years ago and these vitamins by One A Day are great!!The bottle also comes with a 2-month supply which is better than 1! You take 1 tablet daily, with food! I take mine at bedtime in case there is any tummy upset. I haven’t noticed any, even on nights I couldn’t sleep for whatever reason.. but never had any discomfort due to these!I recommend!

Like any multivitamin supplement, this one is large, but not comically large. No scent/taste, but I don’t keep it hanging out in my mouth any longer than needed. The list of vitamins is extensive and in accordance with what should be in a good prenatal pill. One thing that stands out is the folic acid, which is essential but not included in many pre-natal pills; so, I appreciate that they included that. I am personally of the opinion that all woman of childbearing age should take a prenatal multivitamin whether actively trying to conceive or not. This would be great for that audience.

These are good vitamins from One a Day. No odd taste or smell, easy to swallow. They seem to do just as they should!
Jacqui –
These are great vitamins. They have the essentials, have no odor, and are easy to swallow. I don’t know how essential it is to take these pre-pregnancy, but it never hurts to make sure you have all your bases covered.

These are just OK. They’re pretty big, as vitamins usually are. Supplement values aren’t that far off from what I have been taking previously, but these are a little more expensive. I’m not sure what makes this different from a prenatal vitamin, basically the same contents just slightly different quantities from their prenatal vitamins. I’ll update if this helps conceive but I am not betting on it being an essential factor.

I love that there’s no odor or taste with these, which is one of my top complaints about vitamins. I’m a few months into trying for my second, and it just makes sense to make sure I’m getting all the vitamins necessary for conception/pregnancy.

This multivitamin has everything I essentially need to prepare my body for pregnancy. It isn’t too hard to swallow and I could tell a difference when I used these today compared to my normal gummies. There was definitely more energy without being too overpowering. I will probably be sticking with these from now on.*Please note: the review only reflects my experience with this product and does not make these claims for others.
