The most bioavailable Vit C out there, with spirulina also in it. Great quality and a lot for a great price. We only absorb 500mg at most at one time (which is why GI upset always occurs in the mega doses) and this is gentle and no upset. Will definitely reorder

Been using it for the last several weeks. It replaced a previous product which was a powder which was bitter and sour and tough to take. These pills are small, easy to swallow and have no taste. I have been using it for the last several weeks and i love it and definitely see a difference and plan on continuing for a long long time

This vitamin C really works BUT don’t expect to be on great health if your total nutrition isn’t right. With a great nutrition plan I felt a huge difference for good while taking this vitamin. I worked around very sick people and also my family was really sick while I was in training camp for a fight but I can tell that amla c from this brand really works. Thank you guys for an awesome product.

I definitely feel better after taking this vitamin c product vs others. The bioavailability of this really makes a difference. I only votes 4 stars because you need to take 10+ of these pills a day. Also I don’t particularly care for the taste of spirulina.

I have used Pure Planet products for years. This particular product is a food-based Vitamin C product therefore the rate is considerably higher (80% maybe) than the synthetic chemical Vitamin C tablets that are very commonly sold over-the-counter that only get absorbed maybe 10%.I know you will be pleased.Typically I take five of the Amala-C Plus tablets and two of the Pure Planet Hawaiian Spirulina blue-green algae capsules every morning in conjunction with 2 ea. 2,000 iu Vitamin D3 capsules.I take all of this on an empty stomach with Barley Grass Juice Powder and filtered water blended with an electric hand mixer. 20-30 minutes later I fix a normal breakfast.That is my routine.

I was looking to get away from synthetic vitamin C, even though I had always responded well to it. After some research, I decided on this brand. Shortly after it arrived, I picked up a cold from one of my kids, so I was excited to put it to the test. Normally I can knock out a cold by taking about 2,000 mg of vitamin C several times a day over the course of a day or two. This time, however, no matter how much I took, I saw no difference in the duration or severity of my symptoms. When I was taking Nature’s way Vitamin C 1,000 + Rose Hips, I could tell that I felt better in general (not just when I was sick). I haven’t noticed anything like that with this product.Needless to say, I won’t be buying this again. I’m giving it two stars because I think the quality of the products and the minimal number of ingredients is impressive, but for me, it’s not an effective product. Based on reviews, though, it clearly works well for some others.
