I’ve been using this for a couple years now, I’m not a medical expert in any way and I don’t have quantitative research to back up my claims but I definitely feel the difference when taking this. I’m easily prone to catching the common cold especially in colder months, this has helped as preventative maintenance. If I know I will be near crowds of people or got caught in the rain/cold without proper attire I usually take this and don’t feel ill in the following days. Times when I already feel sick like a sore throat is starting, taking this helps pass the sickness sooner than later. My partner also shares similar results.
