Quick and easy supplement to support digestion and hydration. Flavor is light so you can drink it in plain water with it not being too salty.

This is definitely the cleanest electrolytes I’ve seen and tasted! I love how it has apple cider vinegar in it. With a good shake with water, this mixes up easily and tastes great! I love how it comes in individual packets so it’s super easy on the go and for travelling. Although it is a little more expensive than some other electrolytes, it is a quality product. It is worth the extra few dollars. I would highly recommend these to anyone who needs to stay more hydrated, doesn’t love water and something easy to incorporate into their day. As the brand is called morning routine I like to start my day before drinking coffee to have this in 16-20 oz of water. I am hoping this will also help with my headaches as that was my initial reason for getting them and because I know I do not drink enough water throughout the day!
