The bottle arrived sealed on the outside with an additional safety seal on the inside.And they are tasty. Raspberry Watermelon would be an awesome summer drink. The gummies are solid. Not wet and sticky. Easy to get out of the bottle and into your mouth. My only real callout is the same callout for any gummies…to create a gummy you need to add additional ingredients. That means that no gummy will ever be 100% pure and simple. But I’m ok with that if I can actually get the product into me.Supplement results are so subjective, so you’ll have to decide if these will give you the extra boost you are looking for with Shilajit. In the unregulated world of dietary supplements it’s important to know your source.Other methods of taking Shilajit formula mineral supplements usually involve dissolving a lozenge on your tongue, a tincture, or putting the resin in tea. All of these taste like everyone’s favorite emoji. These taste like fruit flavored gummies! Yum. Don’t eat them like candy though, duh.Being gummies that makes them available to anyone to take for whatever dietary or health supplementation you want to take Shilajit formula.

These had good taste and were made in the USA; all seem trustworthy and above board.I can’t comment on the effectiveness of this supplement yet, but the research really does seem to be there regarding the benefits, so time will tell. This is a much better option for most people than the resin forms which can be difficult to stomach and messy and unpleasant to use. Would buy these again.

In this gummy form, you can easily and quickly get the minerals within them. They taste okay and aren’t hard to chew and swallow. They are small and do seem a bit expensive for the asking price though. I had no bad reactions to them.
