It does make you sweat a lot more at the gym which is where I normally used it for. I do not use it consistently enough to know that it helps you burn fat any quicker or easier. I sweat regardless when I am doing high intensity work outs. It is worth the try. You won’t know unless you try it for yourself.

Love this product. I don’t feel like I’ve worked out unless im disgustingly dripping sweat, and this absolutely does the job. Only con id say is the price going up a bit, but iNfLaTiOn and whatevaa. It’s worth a try for sure. And Definitely do not leave in a warm area or it WILL melt.

I’m not able to leave a review for the actual waist trimmer, so I will combine both reviews here. I will start with the waist trimmer. I purchased the medium and it JUST fit perfectly (I have a curvy almost hourglass-like figure so sometimes I can be between M and L). I used the waist trimmer alone the first couple days and sweat profusely! I have NEVER sweat on my stomach or love handles that much before. I also noticed my bloating went away – I kept having to pull up my jeans because of it! I know this won’t get rid of fat or keep it off because no miracle product like that exists, but this definitely helps with bloating so it DOES slim your stomach down quite a bit. This morning I tried the sweet sweat cream and that made an even bigger difference. My stomach is still looking slimmer and was able to produce more sweat. I also went into the sauna at my gym with it on and it helped a lot! I would say using these products in conjunction with a proper diet and exercise could make you think it truly does get rid of the fat! It certainly makes it appear that way. I love both these products so far and can’t wait to see my progress with it in a few months from now
