I found the products were easy to take and easily melted under my tongue, as directed. I have not noticed a big difference yet with the pills or the cream { must shake up the tube) because I regularly take blood thinners and bruise easily anyway .I will continue to use them for awhile, especially since I am having a procedure done and more bruising is expected. This stuff reduced the appearance of a really dark bruise in like 2 days! The bruise was purple & in two days it’s a light yellow. Amazing!
