I bought this Vitamin C for myself since its winter and I always get sick.. So much better than taking pills! I just drop a spoonful in juice in the morning and it’s perfect. I also bought the Curcumin Gold for my father who has a lot of aches and pains and it is helping him feel a lot better.

I was surprised as to how well the liquid mixes in the water and stays mixed. It turns a milky color, has a very pleasant taste and makes drinking the glass of “mixed” water easy. I won’t have any problem incorporating this into by daily routine.

I bought this because it was highly recommended. I consume a low sugar diet, and this was unpleasantly sweet, although the orange flavor itself was nice. The 2nd day of taking it I got horrible digestive upset and abdominal pain which lasted several hours. I will not be using it anymore. I came up with a tasty, low sugar, whole foods vitamin C smoothie that I will be drinking daily instead. Wish I had done that first!
