Honestly I have tried different immunity shots. I do feel like a get a little boost of energy when I drink one. The only issue I find is a little bit of a chalky type of taste after I drink it. It isn’t horrible, so, I will buy it again if I don’t find a better tasting one. I give it 4 stars though because I have tried alot of them.
