Good for older people
I used to take CQ10 but read that ubiquinol is a refined form which is more readily absorbed by people over 60. I take it for heart health and so far I’m good. I think it also helps with my energy levels.

i give these to my dog
I have been giving this supplement to my 70lb dog for the past 5 months. results have been great, blood work has show a reduction in his creatinine value back to normal range. Very happy!

Great form of q10!
Ideal amount of coq10, and in the right form. I’m not sure how well a large bottle would cope with spoiling, so maybe the amount of pills provided here is optimal. I can’t afford to add it to my stack normally, but when I do I really appreciate it. Thanks!

Taking with statin meds
My dad recently had a heart attack and was put on a statin, so my cousin, who is an MD/PhD and has published research on statins & CoQ10, advised that he should start taking CoQ10 daily, as there is some evidence statins can lower CoQ10 levels and CoQ10 can help with the side effects of statins.I’m a former hospital pharmacy technician and I like Webber Naturals; it was one of a very few brands we used in the inpatient pharmacy for filling orders.
