What is Nootropic Coffee?
Nootropics, or cognitive enhancers, refers to any substance believed to improve cognition. Nootropics range from nutritional supplements such as Ginkgo Biloba and Fish Oil to pharmaceutical treatments used to address Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Narcolepsy. Caffeine is well-known as one nootropic which most of us consume every day in coffee; research shows that adding paraxanthine may significantly enhance measures of cognitive performance both before and after physical exercise in comparison with caffeine alone*
